Love to see the Ukiyo-E Heroes prints in the wild.

Finally get to join the "missing Inside Mari vol7" cool kids club. Maybe if we pool our money we can buy a single used copy to share... That said, @denpabooks.bsky.social book quality and shipping speed is unbeatable.

Spines of Denpa Books' Inside Mari volumes 1-6, 8, and 9

Are you play the Integrated Strategies mode at all? I use units like Hibiscus, Click, and Podenco frequently early on because they’re cheap.

My hope is it gets a run in some Indian theaters soon, those guys have telesyncs down to an art form. Every one I've seen has been at more than watchable.

Astounding the best they can do is a single Sat-Tue run without the recap movies or Rebellion, more evidence that Aniplex hates money. Also, TIL 新房昭之's preferred romanization is Akiyuki Simbo. The more you know.

I watched bits and pieces of it. The first couple minutes are fine but then it develops a ~30 degree leftward list, some dudes head starts blocking the lower right hand corner of the screen and someone else goes to *town* on some popcorn.

I could fix this whole problem by giving one unmedicated presentation to the DEA leadership. They’d be begging to remove stimulant limits by hour 3 or so.

Hooray, finally got got by the annual Adderall shortage. Pharmacy pretty much said "we tried, lol good luck". Sure am glad the DEA is protecting me from being almost a normal functional human for reasons.

She’s very fun and only sometimes crashes the game when she blows up the world w/ her S3. In all seriousness, if I had a new account I’d be choosing between Mudrock, Surtr, or Reed alter depending on what your needs are.

I enjoyed the Riftwar Cycle books by Raymond Feist when going through a similar thing. They’re entertaining and decently written, but not so deep that they’re hard to follow on the days my brain didn’t work so good. Solid audiobooks available as well.

TIL someone in 1910 had a brilliant plan with zero flaws but failed to pull it off. We’re facing similar economic conditions today, maybe it’s time to refloat the idea of hippo ranching in the American South.

How the U.S. Almost Became a Nation of Hippo Ranchers

In 1910, a failed House bill sought to increase the availability of low-cost meat by importing hippopotamuses that would be killed to make "lake cow bacon"
