I hit 70 before wrapping up Cai 😭 I really hope I don’t get burnt out

devastating. 😞 they should have at least made Dietrich able to collect cats

Sunfish @risingsunfish.bsky.social · 03/10/2026

Do you not get to name/assign them on other routes?? I have definitely caught extras, will they carry over?

Sunfish @risingsunfish.bsky.social · 03/10/2026

I will concede at least one of those hours stuck on the mount naming menu trying to come up with good ones, and another two compiling my support convo index cards, which should save more time than they took at least.

I had a day off yesterday and spent most of it playing FW, and I’m STILL only on my first path. I thought maybe it’s just because I have eepy disease and don’t have a lot of staying power at a time, but says I’ve logged 60 hours. Where? How??

this is how you get eggs you don’t know where they came from

Oh of course! Here's a transparent version without the ornius:

same Cai but without any of the background elements

120

Sunfish @risingsunfish.bsky.social · 23/09/2026

is that the one that’s just an arrangement of His World from TLP? 🙃

120

Sunfish @risingsunfish.bsky.social · 19/09/2026

Oh noooo are they implying that’s why Rhea took Cyril in?? Don’t like that (As for Raph, I mean just look at him)

Sunfish @risingsunfish.bsky.social · 17/09/2026

hell yeah Neopets!! I still log in every now and then when I feel like going for a high score in Kou-Jong lol

Today's the day! I'll be starting my journey with Cai and his silly bird. Will do my best to lay low for a while so as to avoid spoilers, but I'll try to jot down a few notes to share my thoughts later. Happy trails, friends!

Chibi drawing of Cai from Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave with his Flying Ornius behind him. Cai is pointing forward with a determined, bright-eyed, shonen-y grin.

it was like they were doing my dumb gimmick of giving characters different font “voices” but they failed to fully commit to the bit 😬

I love when artists I follow outside of FE fandom turn out to be FE fans 😭 truly a symptom of being hyper cool (also is the 3H in your name actually for Three Houses??)

Isn’t it in a steelbook though? (either way I ended up coming to a solution for what to do with the extra copy!)

just learned Nintendo won’t ship my FW special edition until 1-3 business days after release…… friends please either talk me into or out of buying this game twice 💀💀💀

This is like an inverse Coyote vs. Road Runner and I’m super here for it.

Hyperbole is fine, just maybe cool it with the self-harm language

I've made stickers for coworkers; drawing their pets is always a big hit.

I have long maintained that my ideal Zelda movie would be in the style of something like Labyrinth or Neverending Story, just let the Jim Henson Workshop go wild with it. Puppetry was present in film in a big way this year but I’m not holding my breath for the actual Zelda movie to follow suit. 😔

Women are their favorite guy!

040

Sunfish @risingsunfish.bsky.social · 10/09/2026

I don’t know that I’d say they were my favorite part, but I would find the game lacking something vital if they were gone.

010

Sunfish @risingsunfish.bsky.social · 09/09/2026

Wait I didn’t actually watch this part, that wasn’t a peripheral?

100

Sunfish @risingsunfish.bsky.social · 04/09/2026

Is there anything not improved by the addition of the word “bastard”?

I get that animals just have human teeth in Aardman style, even when it doesn’t make sense (Chicken Run), but it does look big weird with the otherwise on-model Pokémon.

“I think there’s a mistake on her progress report… you put ‘N/A’ next to Swords?”

130

Sunfish @risingsunfish.bsky.social · 26/08/2026

Are people STILL on about this?? lmao it’s good I’m not on Reddit right now I would be so annoying

120

Sunfish @risingsunfish.bsky.social · 25/08/2026

I’m just addressing the practicality point; the anachronism stands. (however I’m even kind of okay with that because look at her profile, she’s totally a Marignatz descendent who went back in time somehow 🧐)

Sunfish @risingsunfish.bsky.social · 25/08/2026

The gym leggings are practical, not so sure about the heels lol

Serra made one comment about him being smelly when he took it off and he’s been stubbornly self-conscious ever since.

This may also make sense of why Seteth is still being cagey about his identity in Dagda despite other Nabateans being open. (idk I know this gets debated but I’ve always been on the “Flayn’s mom was human” train)
