Had a dream that there was global panic about the world running out of oxygen, Nintendo was the only video game company to make a statement about it, and the internet collectively spent its final hours on Earth debating whether Nintendo was being genuine or not

A fabricated statement from Nintendo of America's Twitter account addressing a fictitious scenario in which the Earth's oxygen supply is presumed to be depleting at a rapid pace, leaving humanity with mere days to live.

"This is Miyamoto. On behalf of everyone who is employed at Nintendo Co. LTD and its subsidiaries, we deeply mourn the countless human lives which will be lost due to the depletion of the global oxygen supply. To anyone who has ever played one of our games, we are eternally grateful to have created long-lasting fun and memories for you. To ease the suffering of families and children across the world, the Mario Kart World game for the Nintendo Switch 2 system will be available as a free download on Nintendo eShop for the foreseeable future. We hope this small gesture of kindness will ease the pain as humanity prepares for a worst-case scenario."

The statement is distastefully plastered with logos for Nintendo and Nintendo Switch 2, as well as with a render of Mario from Mario Kart World.

A fabricated Twitter thread responding to the fabricated Nintendo statement.

PlayStation Nation: "What the fuck are you doing falsely advertising sales during these trying times? I went to the website and Mario Kart World is still selling for $80 USD."

Kremling Kevin: "If you actually read the statement, it clearly says the discount is available on Nintendo eShop. Meaning the application on the Switch 2 itself, not the web browser version."

PlayStation Nation: "Point still stands."

A fabricated Tweet responding to the fabricated Nintendo statement.

Isaboner: "Nothing for Switch 1 owners?"

The timelapse. As much as I enjoyed drawing on one continuous canvas like this, I can't upload this anywhere as a full piece besides Discord. I might do a postmortem later – as proud as I am, I have a lot of critique to give.

Objects I wanted to paint this before DELTARUNE's Chapter 5 release – I'm very pleased with how it's turned out.

Ralsei, dressed in his Chapter 1 attire, stands in front of an erupting Dark Fountain amidst a field of golden flowers. His arms are crossed behind his back, and his brows are furrowed in discontent. His glasses obscure his eyes.

If you look carefully in the flowers, you can find: an Everyman, the face of a gudetama, an original Starwalker, an eggbug, and an egg.

A hole opens beneath the field of flowers. Noelle Holiday, wearing her white robes, floats in a chamber of oversized roots. Flower petals fall around her. Her irises aren't visible, her cheeks are streaked by tears. A glowing halo hangs behind her. Her hands are clasped in prayer.

On one of her fingers is a ring of thorns, which draws a steady stream of glowing blood into another hole.

The hole opens into another dark and vast chamber. More roots are inside, these ones white, pink, red. A steady stream from above feeds an ocean of blood. A few petals can be seen falling.

Kris, wearing their Dark World armour, is tangled in the roots and suspended on the surface of the ocean, like a type of marionette. Only one of their eyes are visible, open wide and furious.

Their cape is torn in several places.

Absolutely thrilled with this cоmmission I got from @tabbzart.bsky.social of an outfit design for my character. I gave them a few accessory requirements and a general vibe of what I was looking for, the kind of character it is, and I'm so happy with what they've come up with. It's amazing!!

Winter the Riolu walks forward with its arms out. Wind and snow billow around it. It's wearing a new outfit designed @tabbzart.bsky.social.

Zap's friends have been super busy taking lots of pictures for the store! It was hard to choose between photos with fun colors and backgrounds and photos that were color accurate.. so every product has both! Thanks @colourpuppy.com for the stickers! We're launching on June 13th, stay tuned!

Wish me mell Something about her – her design, my understanding of her character – has taken me in such a way.

An evening scene in a flowery meadow. The viewer peeks out between a bush of poinsettias on the left, and clovers on the right. Penstemums, glowbals, and tulias are interspersed around the foregeound. On one of the pentesmums, a very-much-alive Gudetama, the exceptionally yellow little freak in the middle of the egg whites, lazes on his back.

In the background are several pink trees and bushes, with sakuras in bloom. A ray of light shines between two of the trees, beaming onto Wish me mell, in the center of the clearing, on her knees. She's wearing her Gift & Gather outfit from Hello Kitty Island Adventure, mostly because of how comfortable it is, but primarily because I didn't want to learn dress physics. She hugs tightly a bundle of flowers and leaves. She smiles, though it's strained, almost exhausted.

Wish me mell as a character, to my understanding, is very shy, reserved, not very forthcoming with her true feelings. This, to her, is a private indulgence.

I wanted more texture with that Maki piece, so I made an attempt at painting. I'd also wanted to draw a piece for Mewtwo's birthday tomorrow, but this project has taken so much time and energy I fear I'll have nothing, which is perhaps the most "Wish me mell" thing that could have happened. IYKYK.

A redraw of an older piece I did for @risingserperior.bsky.social, featuring him playing with his very special yumkasaur: Maki.

A plush Servine stands in a lush, autumnal cave amid foliage and leaves, in the middle of the grass, where it's clear. He throws his arms up, and with his vines, he raises his yumkasaur, Maki, high into the air. The two of them are smiling delightedly.

A snapshot of the disastrous first meeting between Winter and Leap, @risingserperior.bsky.social's human-turned-Pokémon (they/them). It's very, very lucky that it isn't flesh and blood that Leap is made of, though it doesn't feel that in the moment.

Cracks spider-web up and around Leap's – the Noibat's – body, like they were made of glass. They're unconcerned by this, though they bring a clawtip to the hole that Winter – the Riolu – had left in their neck, glowing yellow. They regard the mutt with shock and offense.

A black hole, like a halo, hangs behind their back.

Inside the wound is a kaleidoscope of shapes and colors. Glimmering things. Impossible things.

Winter, on the ground, hones its gaze on Leap – on their phantom presence, the one only it can see – with a wild and fearful expression, and points. "What are you!?" it tries to ask, but it's not speaking language, anymore.

A digital illustration of a spring. It is populated by capybaras. In the distance is a bongo playing frog next to a waterfall.

Digital illustration of a mouse mage. She is dressed in decorative green attire and holding a staff. She is sitting on a white long tailed bird. The scene is raining.

Digital illustration of a possum with her babies looking down at a frog. The frog is next to a pond filled with tadpoles. The scene is framed with various flowers.
