So I bluffed and managed to find a way to access support for closing my account. And, unsurprisingly, I'm not the first person to have this problem: the #3 suggested support article addresses my problem! But the link doesn't work 🤣😫 it just goes to the top level support page. STRIKE 3

going through the Close Account process, the site informs me that my email address is associated with an organization. the thing is, according to their business rules, my email address can't be associated with an organization, so I can't disassociate it. I'm fucked. STRIKE 1

Literally everything I buy these days is defective and/or a complete raging piece of shit. Everything is MDF flat pack or plastic crap. Product quality is lower than at any point of time in my life. Look at this. That flap of plastic is supposed to hold a screw?!?
