This thing probably won't see operation for 8-10 years. Doubtful it will be as fiscally efficient as the B21. One of the big reasons it was put on ice to begin with was cost overruns in RnD. In my opinion, the F22 should have had a full production run instead of being stopped at around 150 units.

The NGAD has been in the pipeline for a while. It was on the verge of being canceled due to cost( I've seen 300 million a unit). I really think it's a flex by Trump and was revived by pressure from the MIC. Just my opinion.
