These are the organisations supporting the call for action. You can take active action to support #migrantwomen who are victims-survivors: write to your MP and ask them to raise these concerns with the Government.

Rights of Women has joined together with over 30 VAWG organisations to raise the alarm over the Government’s plan to undermine access to jury trials. The plans risk access to justice and won’t solve delays caused by the court backlog. www.rightsofwomen.org.uk/vawg-sector-...

Court backlogs are not caused by jury trials. Removing juries won’t fix delays but it could weaken public confidence and women’s access to justice. Real solutions mean properly funding courts, supporting victims and fixing the system without sacrificing fair trials. #IWD2026 #RightsJusticeAction

Rights. Justice. Action. For ALL Women and Girls. That’s the UN theme for #IWD2026. We’re campaigning to defend women’s access to justice by urging the government to drop proposals in the Courts and Tribunals Bill that would remove or restrict jury trials in certain cases. #RightsJusticeAction

We are delighted to be celebrating this collaborative campaign win. From today, following the success of #KeepCounsellingConfidential, the police must better respect the rights of survivors of sexual violence and recognise the privacy and dignity to which they are entitled.

🌟 The passing of the Employment Rights Act is a vital step towards safer workplaces for women. Stronger duties to prevent sexual harassment, longer tribunal time limits, better protection for whistleblowers and limits on NDAs all move us closer to cultures of dignity and accountability. #VAWG
