I wonder if there will soon be a need for specifically software devs who can code without using AI. Because everything I'm seeing makes it sound like vibe-coding AI-empowered devs are becoming a major problem.

WELL NOW, would you look at that? A massive, 4-YEAR-LONG study of NEARLY 30 MILLION people in France found that individuals who received a COVID-19 mRNA vaccine had a 74% LOWER risk of death from severe COVID-19 compared to unvaccinated individuals and ZERO increased risk of all-cause mortality.

@rieffisher.bsky.social hi! I like big lizards. You have one of those! So I drew him in ink and watercolor. It was pretty fun (read:torture) because of the hat and glasses. I hope you like my rendition of your seafaring lad. Have a good day :>

It wouldn't be a proper Otter Game without a fishing minigame! So grab your fishing pole, and-- Or... do that.

Otterly Lost devs fixed the game breaking bug that softlocks your save file by letting key items get deleted! And they even added in a failsafe that respawns them if they're missing! I dont have to start over!

Otterly Lost is really fun so far. Judging by my acheivement progress, I think I did about half of it. And then I discovered I was the victim of a game-ending bug: if you're holding an object in your hands, and you visit an inactive Shrine, it deletes the item in your hands. I have to start over.

As much as I love and adore sea birds, ultimately I believe I identify with the sea otter most. But gosh, it sure is fun to take a break now and then and get feathers and a beak!

Between tuna nigiri and salmon nigiri, I like the tuna better. But the salmon is nice to have too, as a palate cleanser of sorts. If I keep eating the same thing without varying it up a little, I'll get sick of it fast.

May I remind everyone that there is currently NO cure for rabies. May I also remind everyone there is absolutely NO scientific proof connecting ANY vaccine that we produce today with autism. This is true regarding vaccination in both humans AND in dogs. Vaccinate your pets please.

Worries about vaccination rates in dogs
As rabies seems to be spreading more in wildlife, veterinarians are especially worried about vaccine hesitancy spreading among pet owners, a dangerous trend that could lead to more dogs - and their owners
- becoming infected. A 2023 study published in the journal Vaccine found in nationally representative
sample of Americans that nearly 40% believed canine vaccines were unsafe and 37% believed that vaccines could lead their dogs to develop cognitive issues, such as autism.
