Ric Pendragon @ricpendragon.bsky.social · 30/09/2026By the skin of my teeth! Finally beat Metal Gear Solid 2 on Extreme with no kills, less than 500 damage taken, no alerts, no rations, no continues, limited shots, and 8 saves! Now to sit through the unskippable cutscenes and credits to see if I truly did it! 000 0
Ric Pendragon @ricpendragon.bsky.social · 29/09/2026Stuart Fails to Save the Universe was just meta and self aware enough to handle the plot, it's pretty good and could easily get 3-5 seasons out of the concept. I liked it 000 0
Ric Pendragon @ricpendragon.bsky.social · 25/09/2026This applies to the books too, the only exception I know of might be the new game? But I've not played that yet, so I don't know. Can anyone confirm? 😂 010 0
Ric Pendragon @ricpendragon.bsky.social · 25/09/2026James Bond's on TV. Why not, I'll keep it on in the background. Then something clicks... The next Bond project will be the biggest change in the entire 73 year run of the character. For the first time ever, it won't be HER Majesty's Secret Service in the movies. That's kind of mind blowing, right? 100 0
Ric Pendragon @ricpendragon.bsky.social · 24/09/2026I've been saying this for years. Gambling should not be so easily accessible, and the level of ads is fucking disgraceful! I have a (controlled) gambling addiction snd constantly report youtube ads as not interested, still what I mostly see. And then there's TV... at least two per break. 050 0

Ric Pendragon @ricpendragon.bsky.social · 21/09/2026So far I have had 6 boss battles. Olga, no damage. Guard Rush, hit once. Fortune, no damage. Fatman, grazed by his skates a couple times. Harrier, no damage. Vamp, no damage. I very much doubt I'll keep this up during the Metal Gear Ray and Solidus fights. 000 0

Ric Pendragon @ricpendragon.bsky.social · 11/09/2026So restarted MGS2 Big Boss run for better save locations, so now I don't need to keep doing Fortune fight and travel to Fatman. I might have been able to shave a save, but didn't want to risk it since I was 30mins in, that's a lot to restart. With a 3 hour limit, Fatman will the biggest hurdle. 000 0
