Ric Pendragon @ricpendragon.bsky.social · 30/09/2026By the skin of my teeth! Finally beat Metal Gear Solid 2 on Extreme with no kills, less than 500 damage taken, no alerts, no rations, no continues, limited shots, and 8 saves! Now to sit through the unskippable cutscenes and credits to see if I truly did it! 000 0
Ric Pendragon @ricpendragon.bsky.social · 29/09/2026Stuart Fails to Save the Universe was just meta and self aware enough to handle the plot, it's pretty good and could easily get 3-5 seasons out of the concept. I liked it 000 0
Ric Pendragon @ricpendragon.bsky.social · 25/09/2026James Bond's on TV. Why not, I'll keep it on in the background. Then something clicks... The next Bond project will be the biggest change in the entire 73 year run of the character. For the first time ever, it won't be HER Majesty's Secret Service in the movies. That's kind of mind blowing, right? 100 0

Ric Pendragon @ricpendragon.bsky.social · 13/09/2026Everyone talks about the theory that MGS The Twin Snakes is Otacon's anime fever dream retelling of the events of Shadow Moses. But I always felt it was Raiden's VR training, since they outright tell us Raiden did VR missions recreating the events of MGS1, and MGS:TTS uses MGS2 mechanics. 000 0
Ric Pendragon @ricpendragon.bsky.social · 11/09/2026So, after the classic trip left Top Gear, BBC floundered to keep the show alive with new hosts. Amazon then takes the trio and reboots it as Grand Tour (TG became GT). And now the trio have left again, and a new cast of hosts will take over a show built for these three people....static.klipy.comEric Cartman: It Doesn't Work That WayALT: Eric Cartman: It Doesn't Work That Way 001 0
Ric Pendragon @ricpendragon.bsky.social · 11/09/2026So restarted MGS2 Big Boss run for better save locations, so now I don't need to keep doing Fortune fight and travel to Fatman. I might have been able to shave a save, but didn't want to risk it since I was 30mins in, that's a lot to restart. With a 3 hour limit, Fatman will the biggest hurdle. 000 0
