Rick Skewes @rickskewes.bsky.social · 07/09/2026I'm 2 weeks into a 4 week "adjustment" period after getting durolane injections in both knees. Things are moving better, but I have lots of pain at the injection sites. And I know now to take a couple days off when I get those shots again in 6 months. The first week was hell! 000
