The challenge is knowing what's BS and what's not and what's a mix. For example, this seems OK (not sure about a couple of the details) and for someone who is utterly unfamiliar with you it's hard to realize one result is plausible and the other is utterly BS.

Weekly sourdough. This is 9% each of spelt, rye and rouge de bordeaux, 41% King Arthur AP and 32% Cairnspring T85 Expresso bread flour. 80% H2O. Mild, complex, slightly sweet taste (no sugar etc added), soft crumb. #sourdough #breadsky
