You have to be open and ready for therapy. It teaches you to listen to yourself, accept yourself and love yourself. Being human is fundamental to living a life. Truth and honesty is essential. Hugs too.

There are 2 main sexes with several mutations. This is science. Gender is a societal construct and changes definitions with every generation. You can have as many as you like. No one really cares. There are no defined characteristics of gender.

I can only add my support. Did your find a particular type of therapy useful? Families are hard places to grow up in. I am divorced. Have 2 grown children. Both have challenges from growing up in a fractured home. Youngest mostly estranged with irregular contact. He hasn’t found his grounding.

I had a feeling you had challenges growing up. The fact you recognise and are aware of why and where you became hyper vigilant means you made progress on your emotional and health health. I can only applaud you. I hope you experience more joy than sorrow in your life.

I am with you. I have just finished paying back my Bounce Back Loan. Sunak claimed that we couldn’t get furlough because HMRC couldn’t be sure if sole directors of limited companies had more than one income. Bollocks. It asks in your tax return if you have other income or dividends.

In the end who cares what she says nearly 3 years away from the GE? This is a response to Farage's election tour he is doing right now. Both these parties are shitting themselves because they know they will destroy each other. Burnham did the right thing by not naming either party in his speech.

That makes sense. Do you feel that you have developed hyper vigilance during your childhood?

In Star Trek canon we have a nuclear war before we become civilised.

Badenoch conservative policies are prehistoric. That party along with Restore and Reform need to die.

All lives saved matter but that wasn’t the point. It was to illustrate how tiny the small boats issue really is.

I heard that picking up asylum seekers is less than 1 % of all rescues the RNLI performs.

In effect you are self taught about life growing up. Are you an observer ? A person who watches everything?

The moment they mention the bailout of the banks in 2008 which took 8 years out of teh Social Security Fund whereas giving people the money directly saw people keep their homes, feed themselves and the economy bounced back nearly instantaneously.

I feel they are moving to the web to a platform beyond regulatory oversight. Which may mean GBNews is going to be closed because the losses are unsustainable.

All we have is opinions. Only time will tell if those opinions have worth.

I only mention ‘White men’ as that is factual. Old, because it is factual. An observation of our present.

No. When I say ‘correct itself’ I mean we finally move beyond all those instincts that lead to the same conclusions. Hate and war.

My ultimate belief is mankind corrects itself. We have 3 old white men actively involved in wars to distract from their unlawful power grabs. They have to fall soon.

Trump via Vought are already putting out the reasons for declaring a national security clampdown over the voting machines. They claim most of the voting machines have Chinese chips in them and can be manipulated by China. Trump will seize the machines and not ratify the elections.

I am an atheist. But I am so intrigued how the divine feminine has been systematically removed by Christianity. Catholicism especially. The patriarchy is the most damaging aspect of human existence.

All those issues previously have been deflected by external ‘threats’ like wars. The US is close to civil war and their inequality is of the charts with a President that is making it worse. We are at the next inflection point in history. It is binary. Bloodshed or benevolence

My point is that the voters are centrist. I am much more left-leaning than last couple of Labour governments. Flirted with Greens under Lucas.

This was the only truthful part in between monumental delusory nonsense that shows she thinks the 14 years of Tories and austerity never happened. Her policies are as old as the Tory party. Fossilised thinking from a Tory zombie.

Richard @richdef.bsky.social · 07/10/2026
Excellent. How did that end? You don’t have to answer.

Richard @richdef.bsky.social · 07/10/2026
AI is an existential threat. Countries have to share the wealth it creates with everyone or we will have civil war as the inequality between the haves and have nots becomes unbreachable.

Richard @richdef.bsky.social · 07/10/2026
No. As Blair’s and Starmer’s government’s were and are mostly ‘centrist’ in my definition of ‘centrist’.

UBI is going to be essential or western civilisations will fall. It is that serious.

Richard @richdef.bsky.social · 07/10/2026
I hope that is sarcasm 😁

Richard @richdef.bsky.social · 07/10/2026
I use ‘centrist’ to avoid using ‘conservative’ and Tory instead of Conservative. That party does not deserve to have any respect.
100
Richard @richdef.bsky.social · 07/10/2026
Burnham is showing signs of putting the building blocks of policies that will change this country for the better. But Universal Basic Income has to be on the agenda after social care, PR & rejoin. UBI will be the revolution this country needs.

We are a centrist country with left leaning instincts for institutions that provide a safety net. I can’t see a ‘centrist’ Tory party again in my lifetime. Badenoch’s speech could have been written by any Tory right leader. Nothing has changed.

Richard @richdef.bsky.social · 07/10/2026
Diminished. If Badenoch’s speech is a guide, It’s ‘continuity Thatcher’ policies which would be an even bigger disaster. Badenoch is an imbecile.

Richard @richdef.bsky.social · 07/10/2026
Listening to Badenoch’s speech on catch up. She says she left Uni in 2003. Debated which job she would walk into. Without irony blamed Labour for all this country’s employment issues since. Pretending neoliberalism did not destroy this country. Thatcher. 2008 crash. Austerity. Brexit. Covid.

Listening to Badenoch’s speech. She has trashed Reform. I believe her in her hatred of that party’s ex-Tories. She did a good job for Labour here.
