That's a shame. We bought one of the 'safe' harnesses for our Juno (also from Romania) after seeing Sophie in hers. It's her car harness as she won't go anywhere in it unless she gets driven there which is a pain at the moment as the car is in the garage due to a recall.

A rather warm and hilly Rob Burrow Marathon in Leeds yesterday. Just a minute slower than the London Marathon 2 weeks ago in 6h 12m 37s. Not my fastest marathon by a long way but happy with that given the conditions. Next up Endure24 at the end of June then planning something special for 2026!

That was one of the big gains from going back to PAYE and not having to do tax returns anymore. Slightly difficult in your line of work though sadly.

Yes, it's easy for people to wish ill will on the US but it's important to remember there are many millions on people over there that would never vote for this lunacy and they are very worried about their futures. I hear it from friends over there on a daily basis.

Just a few weeks since the wonderful Rome Marathon and this weekend will be my last long run before I start tapering for London. Then it'll be just 2 weeks to Leeds and my 9th marathon. All since heart failure 9 yrs ago.

Four year sentence with two suspended. However she's not in prison and has been told she can serve it free but on a tag. Plus she has the right of appeal. As usual Trump and Musk are talking out of their arse.

Thnks. You're a fair bit faster than me! Loch Ness was my marathon PB at 5h 32m but hope to improve on that. Taking up running is what got me through coming down with heart failure.

I did both Edinburgh and Loch Ness last year. Loved them, especially the downhills on Loch Ness so that was definitely on my list to run again. Edinburgh was also extremely wet!
