The blue tick nonsense on Elon’s site about this petition that “cannot be ignored” when the petition to reverse Brexit had to be because it was against “the will of the people” is exactly why this site is so much nicer, tolerant and ‘bot free. Nice, innit?

Today I’m playing in a football tournament I’ve organised to raise funds for the family of my 2-year-old niece who has been diagnosed with leukaemia and whose parents must stay with her, thereby affecting their work. 48 players have donated time and money. People are great at times!
