#MaintainenceMonday Did some more work on 31463 on Saturday just gone. 1 of the buffers needs a new spring, a good buffer was removed so that it's spring could be measured as a pattern for the new one to be produced. Opportunity was taken to check corrosion and clean off rust.

It's #SantaExpressSaturday at the Northampton & Lamport Railway & for 1 day only it's diesel hauled! This provided the chance to see 31601 'Devon Diesel Society' one last time this season & it was worth the visit. She sounded excellent pulling away from Boughton with the 11.15 service #NLR 21/12/24
