What happened to Sisko and Bashir's combadges in "Past Tense"? It was mentioned at the beginning of the first episode that they were robbed, but by whom? And then what happened? Were they just melted down or did someone do something interesting with those combadges? #ds9

I remember when The Price Is Right added a space to the car value on "Any Number". And then there are places that are definitely gouging right now. "Regular gas prices in California hit an average of $5.92 a gallon on Friday, according to AAA, while the average diesel price stood at $7.98."
A Shell station where Diesel is at 9.99 9/10. There is no room to go higher... yet.

Surprised the CA DMV would let this plate exist, but then they probably weren't looking in the mirror at the time.

If you know anyone who works at El Pollo Loco, take pity on them today. There's a coupon for today only to get a free two piece meal (dark meat) with purchase of a drink. Yes, getting a $10 meal because you bought a $3-ish drink is happening, and those workers are going to be TIRED!

If this happens, there will be a group of kids who won't remember the names of the Great Lakes by HOMES, but instead by SHAME.
Donald J Trump "Truth" stating " The United States is giving serious consideration to changing the name of lake Ontario to lake America in that we don't expect to doing much business with Ontario any longer." The phrase "don't expect to doing" is repeated as is complete with its incorrect grammar.

I just saw something that made me realize this year will be the 25th anniversary of the September 11 attacks in America. 😳 On a related note, if you have Apple TV, you simply must watch the recording of "Come From Away" that is there. The show has every emotion you want, and is a technical wonder.
The artwork for "Come From Away" the hit musical based on the remarkable true story. Seriously, just go to Apple TV and watch it. We got Apple TV a few years ago JUST to watch this when it first came out, and that was after having seen it live twice.

Doing a first watch of “ER”. Up to S2E8. I wonder if Aaron Sorkin watched or if both teams just gravitated towards some of the same excellence. Also not a big fan of Dr. Benton. His character depth is that he yells, broods, is committed to his job (to a fault), & sits in judgement. Don’t @ me.
Dr. Benton from the opening sequence of ER. Look, if we got this level of enthusiasm shown here, I’d be happy. But we don’t. We just get him cheating with a known married woman, being pissed AT HER for being married, and being pissed at his family when he makes bad decisions about his mother. Again, don’t at me.

Lionel Ritchie's "Hello" was a number one hit in 1984. That was 42 years ago. To put that in context, when this song was a hit, 42 years prior is when the US had just entered the war. Not the Vietnam War. Not Korea. But "THE WAR" - World War 2. Please get off my lawn and let me take my Metamucil.
The clay head featured in the video for Lionel Richie's "Hello". It was rather elongated.

Happy Easter #SportsNight
Isaac: What is it, Jeremy?
Jeremy: Interesting thing. Did you know that the word 'Easter' never appears in the Bible?
Isaac: Is that right?
Jeremy: The Bible is absent any mention of a celebration of the resurrection of Christ, save for one verse. Acts 12, Verse 4, and that's only in the King James Bible, where the word 'Passover' was mistranslated as Easter. However, the New King James, The American Standard, and even the New International Version, all translate the word correctly as 'Passover'.
Isaac: That's a relief.
Jeremy: I did a search on the word 'resurrection'.
Isaac: Excellent.
Jeremy: Want to hear more?
Isaac: Not at all.
Jeremy: Can I ask a question?
Isaac: Sure.
Jeremy: Jesus said, "Behold my hands and my feet, that it is myself: handle me and see; for a spirit hath not flesh and bones, as ye see me have."
Isaac: What's your question?
Jeremy: This relates to the bunny rabbit how?
Isaac: Get out.
Jeremy: No problem.

Of the 59 people mentioned in the 1989 Billy Joel classic "We Didn't Start the Fire," just three remain living now that Brigitte Bardot has passed. (Source: u/cavedave on Reddit)
A chart of people in Billy Joel's "We Didn't Start the Fire". For each person, a bar indicates the lifetime of that person, with only four extending to the far right of the chart to indicate today-ish. There is also a dot on each line to indicate where in the song the person is mentioned, including two for Richard Nixon ("back again").

The three remaining people are Chubby Checker, Bob Dylan, and Bernie Goetz.
