This is an exciting release for the week! The songs released so far are incredible

I wonder what Man City fans are feeling about all this and how they are taking it? Will it be anger or will it be, well wouldn't likely have seen them win the league or champions league without what's happened so happy with what's taken place to have seen those moments at the time?

The new Pain of Truth album is a banger. No let down after how good their debut album was

Great century from Tom Banton. Really pleased for him his first international hundred, looked such a talent when he broke through 7 years ago then faded so badly must have felt like he'd never get one

That's kind of the point Rodri it was!

Noctule did not dissapoint, it's a fantastic album. This one is an early favourite song from the first couple of listens #metalsky

I saw these guys live supporting Merauder in August, they stepped in to replace a band who couldn't play. They were excellent, different from straight up hardcore and the songs were killer

5 clean sheets in the first 7 games of the season

Rhys @rhyswl.bsky.social · 19/09/2026

Centre midfield struggled in that half big reason why we lost control

030

Rhys @rhyswl.bsky.social · 18/09/2026

Chelsea have conceded at least 2 goals in every league game so far. Also conceded 3 in the league cup to Leeds

My favourite song from the last 3 years, a brilliant piece of work

If Foden had collapsed like Bruno did when Fernandes kicked him then it would have been Bruno that had been sent off. Refs encourage people to cheat by making decisions like that

Often gets talked about how Branthwaite makes everyone better around him. Always a good defensive record with him tarkowski & Mykolenko. Mykolenko saying knowing hes inside if you make a mistake makes you confident. It allows him & others to be more assertive defensively having some that level there

Rhys @rhyswl.bsky.social · 13/09/2026

It feels an eternity since the Celtics last game

041

Rhys @rhyswl.bsky.social · 12/09/2026

Mykolenko is fantastic against those types of wingers. Has some of his best games against the likes Saka and Salah in his prime, handled Savinho superbly today & I remember him doing the same away at city once. Takes the responsibility of one on one defending, intelligent of knowing how to stop them

Inter have had the ball for all 23 minutes and with 2 awful mistakes they are 2-0 down

Rhys @rhyswl.bsky.social · 07/09/2026

Italian defenders of old would have loved the double action and celebration! Saved a goal with that first tackle. No player makes such a big difference to the level of our team than when he is out there or if he is missing

Rhys @rhyswl.bsky.social · 06/09/2026

Shades of Tomasz Radzinski against Southampton!

280

Rhys @rhyswl.bsky.social · 06/09/2026

If Fulham had managed to sign a replacement for Kenny Tete then this goal would never have happened

070

Rhys @rhyswl.bsky.social · 06/09/2026

Maitland-Niles has more goals in less than 20 minutes than Tony Hibbert got in 328 games

Rhys @rhyswl.bsky.social · 05/09/2026

Bournemouth first 3 games conceded goals to stop results from the 88th minute onwards in all 3. 7 points dropped in the games

Metal bar number 2 to try. This one lets you request a song every time you order a drink which is a good idea

Trying out Lisbon metal bars

I am going to hazard a guess that Angus Kinnear will not be asking people to interview him post the window closing

180

Rhys @rhyswl.bsky.social · 01/09/2026

I don't know why I'm surprised, but I am genuinely shocked we didn't get a proper right back sorted for the second summer running given how important the need is

100

Rhys @rhyswl.bsky.social · 01/09/2026

United turned down a 10m loan fee for Zirkzee! Not sure who are the bigger idiots us for offering it or them for saying no

3100

Rhys @rhyswl.bsky.social · 01/09/2026

I wonder if we will suggest a loan with a buy clause in there as a way around. If there is an issue with it then can't be spending £40m on him, but also can't be leaving us with just Barry. Might be an option to get the deal done now and see whatever the issue is how it goes. Still a risk!

Rhys @rhyswl.bsky.social · 31/08/2026

Makes sense even if it leaves us exposed at left back. He didn't play at Preston so won't get games this season bar emergencies. Let him have a season playing and see where he is in 12 months

190

Rhys @rhyswl.bsky.social · 31/08/2026

Leverkusen not in champions league they are in the Europa but there was a lot of noise he was waiting to see if there was a CL club in for him. It would be interesting to know if it was they didnt want to do the move at that fee & we could have had him or just a good club in Europe was his choice

010

Rhys @rhyswl.bsky.social · 30/08/2026

We will finally get a right back and it will be one that will start off on a negative footing with the fans for turning us down over staying at Fulham a year ago

000

Rhys @rhyswl.bsky.social · 29/08/2026

What a turnaround that was, completely in control so far ahead and getting a win on points worst case. Then Itauma went for the knockout and seemed to absolutely wipe him out for energy. Fair play to Hrgovic for surviving and still being standing after what he received

120

Rhys @rhyswl.bsky.social · 29/08/2026

Great end to a game that felt it was being lost! Alex Scott was the best player on the pitch today controlled the game for them he was everywhere showing for the ball and very difficult to take it off him

180

Rhys @rhyswl.bsky.social · 29/08/2026

Let's see if we can make it 3 wins in a a week 🤞

040

Rhys @rhyswl.bsky.social · 26/08/2026

That's a huge confidence boost for Barry to start the season with 4 goals from 2 games. He had a tough first year with in general but his goal return was decent, this start and a years worth of premier league games hopefully we can see him take a step forward

030

Rhys @rhyswl.bsky.social · 24/08/2026

All the money Chelsea have spent and the amount of players they've bought, why haven't they gone after a goalkeeper? You can't achieve great things without a really good keeper

020

Rhys @rhyswl.bsky.social · 22/08/2026

High IQ player Hackney, wants the ball on the turn, first thought is forward and calm with a feistyness about him

180

Rhys @rhyswl.bsky.social · 22/08/2026

Every time Branthwaite plays just amazes you just how easy he makes everything looks so easy against players he is playing against. Just makes the whole team so much better with how much he dominates. Good performance from mykolenko as well today

Thats a lot of money for someone who scored 2 premier league goals for city over 2 seasons. Quite a few off the bench, 22 and clearly talented but seems a great deal for city and a big risk for Spurs. Once marmoush done as well that will be about £400m spent this summer & about £150m of players sold
