Blackpool #Parkrun 4 minutes faster than last week. Turns out I still have my pace & stamina when on a non undulating parkrun ran largely on tarmac that is busy so I don't fly off like silly buggers at the start, and less time running means more time playing retro video games. Who knew?

I was checking out Gone Fission on your site and figured I'd share something with you.

I am not selling you anything here. I built a notebook called Life Base. Think OneNote, except there is an app library inside it, and the apps sit right in the page you are writing on.

Vision Board for mapping Gone Fission's puzzle states, Whiteboard for working through chain reactions, Task Manager for tracking game jam deadlines.

Krakow #Parkrun Perfect PB conditions except for the runner being out of practice. Slow but got round in a semi respectable time for me. Not been running outside of parkruns but was relatively happy with my time. Obviously the first running jersey I saw was a Snowdonia Marathon one.

11. Nytemare, the Ninth King (GBC/Evercade) A fairly bog standard Game Boy Colour platformer with elements of Megaman and Castlevania. Short and with multiple levels and endings. I suspect I got an "Okay" one. Some frustrating parts but enough extra lives to see you through.

Haigh Woodland #Parkrun Was on the B Course. B for Busy and the minor hill before the turning was brutal. Fasted mile I have ever ran (downhill). Would have been a course PB but the 5k felt like 5.25k according to my watch. Still happy. Also did it with my Brother and Sister in law
