One of the biggest surprises from our new study! When we depleted SGEF, epithelial cysts didn't simply lose normal lumen architecture, they became motile, fused with neighboring cysts, and developed enlarged multi-lumen structures.

The protocol describes an easy way to segment hundreds of junctions and analyze the distribution of different protein both horizontally, across the junction, and vertically, apical to basal. It combines imageJ scripts, with R Studio. Check it out!!!
