#FungiFriday finds a flock of Chicken of the Woods #mushrooms along the trail the #HoosierHikersCouncil was building at #CaglesMillDam #photography #SupportPublicLands

Several clusters of orange and yellow mushrooms are growing on a fallen log in a small valley on one of the trails the HHC was building in October of 2019. There were probably 10 - 20 pounds (4.5 - 9 kg) of tasty chidken of the woods on the log. I didn't have any way to collect them, but I hope someone else enjoyed them even if just to look at them.
