We developed 𝗘𝗻𝘇𝘆𝗺𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗳 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗿 to find catalytic residues in protein structures by matching them against 6,780 3D catalytic templates from the 𝗠𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗺 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗦𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗔𝘁𝗹𝗮𝘀.
