I've been trying to get out of the house more to improve my mental health. For the first time in my life, I'm gaining the confidence to enter the world and do things on my own. Thank you to my friends in MI, AZ, OH, and RI for inviting me into your homes this past month and making me feel wanted!

The pool parties at @lasvegasfurcon.org were simply off the hook. I felt like I was in the coolest party I’d ever seen, something you’d see in a movie. Animals everywhere, in the pool or sunbathing. And that was the first time I’ve ever been caught in a furry generated whirlpool! 📷: @rezwolf.com

I spent most of last week confined to my bedroom with the flu. Despite how much I hated my life for several days there, I gave thought to the fact that being sick and feeling miserable doesn't allow you to be rude and mean to people—especially to those who are trying to accommodate and help you.

I am so tired of people taking advantage of me, pushing me around, and being abusive. The people I'm spending Christmas morning with don't want me here—and the feeling is mutual. I wish I had my own place to call home and the toxic people in my life could wallow in their misery away from me.

I hiked two trails today, a total of 8 miles, climbing over 750 feet. A trail guide rated one of the hikes as "difficult" and read to allow at least 2 hours to reach the summit. I did it in 50 minutes. Suck that, trail guide. I'm feeling accomplished.

Since 2022, I've managed a divorce, breakups, lying, cheating, hospitalizations, arrests, suicide, and three job losses. I'm financially ruined; my best option now, sell my house. I don't think anyone understands the amount of time and work I've put into this place. I feel defeated and really sad.

As a dealer lead, I can say it's difficult to choose who gets in when we receive five times as many applications as available spaces. We try to be objective and create a den with a variety of goods, and sometimes it simply comes down to the luck of the draw despite someone being a talented artist.
