stealth games seem like a big pitfall specifically for this sort of thing, I like how the Hitman games "solve" this behavior by having NPCs always speak all their thoughts out loud (with hundreds of lines for different variations), so the player always has an idea of what behavior was just triggered

I think language is more like a "shadow" of thought, allegory of the cave style, when I talk to you I put an amphora in front of the flame and you recognise its shadow as an amphora (though some details are lost), but the LLM just puts a cardboard cutout of an amphora in front of the flame

Earlier this year I started drawing an isometric-yet-stylized-yet-accurate map of Dark Souls (sans DLC). I've had it on the backburner and it's still very far from finished, but for the 15th anniversary I wanted to at least share the final sketch which is already cool to look at
