Aside from being sick of seeing AI everywhere, I am continuing to work on my game. I’m just doing my thing, pretending generative AI doesn’t exist. 😭 Anyway, my Tomodachi life island before I stopped playing! (I need to charge my switch so I can take pictures of all the characters I made. 😭)

A tier list of FF14 characters being the first think I post in ages, unexpected huh. Else; Game dev is temporarily on status, as I’m researching other tech things right now. This is just a tier list for funs, the only ones I actually can’t stand are in the F-rank. 😭

Updating Thomas’s hair too, there are no proper shadow maps yet so the speculars and shadows are off, it’ll look better when I’m done 😭

QRP with your profile #art My OC Sixten/610, the boefy tall blonde. He’s not a priest he’s just cosplaying, it’s a running joke in my head that he looks like a bible thumper seller smasher but he’s rly the opposite (I’ll always love your Noctis art Shadi!!)

This is how I designed Thomas’ garage long before thinking of making a game, and his garage does not look like this anymore in-game 😭

When I was trying car physics in Unity. Again, will probably be better once I do that in Unreal engine 🤣

RexClypeus (😭selfcensoring gamedev😭) @rexclypeus.bsky.social · 18/11/2024

These are my old WIP 3D models for my characters, most likely I’ll remake/improve them at the end of the game-development. They look different now that I swapped to unreal. Might be better or worse, we’ll see~

Sorry I forgot which order these were in, it’s been so long but I used to be pretty heavy into FF15, ArdNoct and GladNoct where my thing! Although my friends who liked IgNoct managed to recruit me too at the end. These are many years old 😭

RexClypeus (😭selfcensoring gamedev😭) @rexclypeus.bsky.social · 18/11/2024

I tend to sketch and doodle my OCs a lot, and I’ve made comics of them in the past. I am currently making a 3D game featuring my characters and a main story which is why I don’t upload much art, since what I make has lately been for the game~

RexClypeus (😭selfcensoring gamedev😭) @rexclypeus.bsky.social · 18/11/2024

Just so ppl understand I’m not mainly an FF14 account, i draw LGBTQ+ related stuff (mostly doodles while I’m working on my game and other art 😭) and these are my characters. Please I only want to interact with adults~ 😭

Grand Duchy of Jeuno, like coming home again~ FF11 was home to me as a kid, when I didn't have many friends, it's so nostalgic

I can't believe it's been 5-6 years since the DBH fandom? I've been so busy working on stuff ahah. It's a little bit nostalgic looking back at these, I realise they're mostly unfinished pieces and sketches but they're ok~
