Agreed! Density is a big problem. Everyone having their own little Versailles lawn is not ecologically or economically sustainable. We’re just saying saying zoning isn’t the issue. It’s a symptom. Rezoning without more structural changes is a bandaid for a bullet wound.

Fair point, but we’re more of the abolish-private-ownership-of-residential-property types, so rezoning is a relatively minor concern in our more aggressive solution to prohibit corporate ownership of property entirely.
