If you ever feel bad about editing/Frankensteining your fan game pixel art, just look at this image. lmao

The game can export to Mac and Linux by virtue of the EXE runtime is NWjs, so it'll be able to check which OS you're running it on and automatically download the appropriate zip file(s) for you to extract to update it.

We have the basic update check in the title screen set up now to tell you if a new version is available and click to download. It even helps us on the dev team to make sure we're using the same versions without needing to check Discord.

It's not exactly super frustrating for me (Mike), but it's good if you remember the credits of Revo Remix have dozens of people named and there's a lot of talented people that it wouldn't have been possible without at all.

Welp it still needs quite a bit of testing done, but version 1 release is 98% done.

We can't really show any new stage/game related content, but some new features that are good, like difficulty being in the options menu, dropdown boxes for options, and saved states for graphics and audio settings you picked, because the graphic cycle hotkey doesn't cut it anymore.

Something coming eventually, but not at the old URL, just as a museum of what it was that has the original game and more info about it. So the stuff, like the login button, is purely for asethetics It'll be a sub-site at Mike Crain's Neocities page.

I heard @revoremix.bsky.social joined bluesky recently! To welcome you to the site, here's this old Paint.NET drawing I drew as a jor for my friend lmao

Pictured:
Sand Man (RRN-002) cursing a group of snakes that have taken housing in his oversized boot. One of the snakes, the white mamba, says, "Hey Bro" to his sibling, the gray snake but is told, "Fuck off, Liquid."
