One of my favorite salmon preparations: Smoker @ 200º for 10 minutes of heavy smoke Steamer till flaky tender (about 10 to 15 minutes more) The moisture in the steamer drives the smoke into the fish while keeping it super moist You might want to try this technique just for the Halibut 🐟
