Drove mom’s Outback down to southern Oregon. Got to play around with the various drivers assist features. “Keep your eyes on the road” was a recurrent warning and I’d note about I’m able to be turned off that i knew of. “Keep your hands on the steering wheel” was one that came on periodically

Took a big weight off my shoulders today. A friend of mine from the VW club in So Oregon was diagnosed with a rare cancer in May and died end of August. His wife asked that i officiate. That happened today. Went really well. Now hopefully i can sleep tonight.
