The research has highlighted two critical issues: 1️⃣ 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲, such as between paid work and caregiving, often resulting in gaps, rigidity or narrowness regarding how well policy aligns with the general nature of family life.

📽️ To support this, we have launched a new 𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗿 and released a set of 𝟭𝟱 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘀 that act as a roadmap for policymakers.
