after stripping the bad paint, attempt #2 (not with the expired 2k primer, with a non-expired 1k primer I bought by accident) turned out much better

Repainting a bike and tempted to buy an oxy- acetylene torch outfit because brazing looks cool and I want to do it

it's the typical handlebar flop into top tube dent, so no access (though people do pressurize the top tube by blocking the vent holes in the seat tube and head tube) my tube block helped, I think I'm going to add some paper to shim it tighter and get it as round as possible and then fill it

getting ready to paint an old bike frame and puzzling on the best way to fix this ding hopefully my 3d printed tubing blocks are good enough to get it mostly flat thinking JB Weld if I need to fill, as i don't have a small enough torch to try and pop it out pneumatically
