Just know I really dislike doing “call out” type posts. This whole thing is exhausting and I just want to post about interests, pets, gaming, and art but I have/had so many mutuals with that person I had to speak up and it really sucks and is mentally taxing that this got brought up again 🫠

Reminder of a few things that are for YOUR comfort and no one else’s: - Your chosen name- it’s what you like to be called. - Your pronouns- similar as above - Your religion- not to be forced onto others who think different - Your clothes- it’s YOUR body, you’re the one living in it.

I wanted to stay silent and move on, but no, this needs to be said now. Sorry for people who are annoyed with seeing drama on their timeline.

Josh is giving a statement,

I want to make this very clear: I have not participated in or assisted with any sort of "hate campaign."
People associated with a certain creator have repeatedly claimed that I was involved in these campaigns without providing evidence. Meanwhile, I have largely stayed out of the public arguments surrounding this and have been trying to move on with my own life.
Quite frankly, I just want to be left alone. I find it especially frustrating to be accused of being "obsessed with drama" while people keep bringing these accusations to me, including on posts completely unrelated to this situation.
So from now on, if you make false accusations about me without evidence, I will document them and block you. I am not going to debate this endlessly or participate in a public back-and-forth.
I left because I no longer wanted to be involved. Please respect that and leave me alone.

Damn, yeah, not feeling even doing a casual stream during my hiatus. Maybe I should actually just rest and try next week.

Might or might not stream on Saturday. I know I'm supposed to be on hiatus but after the Charity stream and birthday stream I'm feeling a bit refreshed. On the other hand with how things have been a bit rough lately I'm not sure if I should try to save my energy. Decisions decisions...

Got any proof Josh was responsible for the James shit? Or are you just content with making unsubstantiated claims? Your unrelated claims aside, weird how Noah has a pattern of attacking those critical of him by lying to others that someone else is being harmed through it huh? Very weird.

I'm sorry for the long winded talk. Again, I was going to take some advice not to say anything but I feel with Cyan posting this, I want my voice at least heard. Noah, I tried. I'm naive as hell and think you can improve... but right now? Especially with slandering me? I don't see it... I don't.

Retronic Josh (Formerly JoshDoesaThing) @retronicjosh.bsky.social · 24/09/2026

I heard the leaked call with Ant, he says I created a domino effect. I didn't even intend for all of that to happen. But, it needed to. I don't think he deserves a platform currently. But no. I don't like it when I cause misfortune on others, even indirectly. I hate conflict. And everyone knows it.

Retronic Josh (Formerly JoshDoesaThing) @retronicjosh.bsky.social · 24/09/2026

It makes me wonder what else he has told his audience to think about me? To make me be a villain in his story? Sure, I've commented on the situation even reposted some things but I haven't done anything intentional. I tried. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt. But I saw enough.

Retronic Josh (Formerly JoshDoesaThing) @retronicjosh.bsky.social · 24/09/2026

But apparently poorly worded sentences will be twisted to make me seem a certain way. I'm happy you and several others knew what I was attempting to say. For someone who wants Neurodivergents to not be misunderstood or misinterpreted, I hate to sound harsh, but that feels like a failure on his part.

Retronic Josh (Formerly JoshDoesaThing) @retronicjosh.bsky.social · 24/09/2026

I really thought that Noah was trying to change. I genuinely wanted him too. But he crossed a line that made me leave. I did not want to escalate drama. I just wanted my hands washed of it. To see that he is seeming to poison the well against me, after all I did to help him hurts.

140

Retronic Josh (Formerly JoshDoesaThing) @retronicjosh.bsky.social · 24/09/2026

I want to say how much I appreciate this post, Cyan. I've been watching everything, but I only chimed in maybe a few times other than likes. Noah's fan had made the second post in this thread about me on a day of grieving. I originally wasn't going to say anything but I'd like to give my thoughts.

Happy heavenly birthday to Trevor. The man who inspired me to keep going. He was only two days younger than me. He would be 34 today. I didn't want to advertise it but during the TWLOHA Raid Train I thought of him. He helped me live, so I'll keep living for both of us.

Alrighty, as far as streams go, I will be taking a break for a couple of weeks. The TWLOHA stream was fun and successful to where I'm making an exception on Thursday. Thursday, September 24th, at 7 PM EST I will be celebrating my 34th Birthday! I'll be playing... Something! We'll see!

I'll be honest. Not sure if I'm gonna stream the rest of the week except for the Friday stream since it's important. Last night was the worst I've ever felt as a streamer. I feel like if I quit, nothing of value would be lost. I work twice as hard for half the results. What's the point?

I think the Ocarina of Time looks pretty good so far. If you don’t agree, that’s fine! I was initially hesitant about the Star Fox redesigns too. I’m just wary of the tendency of modern fandoms to reflexively dogpile on newer iterations, when “the classics” didn’t always get it right either, IMO.

I also want to note that his latest video review on Spider-Man Brand New Day is equally disgusting. I watched it several times to make sure I did not misinterpret it, but he uses his BDP diagnosis as an excuse for his behavior and likens his critics to JJJ. See for yourself if you don't believe me.

God, I'm sorry for mutuals who are tired or don't wanna see this but this upsets me on so many levels. He preaches about wanting to be an advocate for neurodivergency and yet does this. I'm speechless. He has also continued using YouTube despite saying he'd take a break. This is awful...
