RIBS. I applied rub, wrapped them in foil, and let them cook in the oven for 6ish hours at 190°F. Then I let them rest for a bit, basted with BBQ sauce, and finished them on the BBQ. I also had a few beers in the pool. I am now fat, dumb, and happy.

My washing machine quit working and my home warranty can't send someone out to fix it until Tuesday. I needed to do laundry before then so I went to the laundromat for first time in 20+ years. I had the whole place to myself. I caught up on some writing and Zelda randomizer while I waited.

I made limited edition pork chops for my kid and I.

I've kind of become hooked on doing The Legend of Zelda randomizer runs. I've done so many lately I should just start livestreaming them. I can't do the screen wrap or block clip glitches yet but otherwise I'm pretty good. Definitely not speed runner good but decent enough it's not embarrassing.

I made green chili pork for tacos out of a pork shoulder roast. It made my house smell fantastic all day while it cooked. I put choped onions, radish, and cilantro in the tacos and they were superb. The green chile pork was about a 7 out of 10 on the spiciness scale.
