Some new art in the works 😄

Resennar @resennar.bsky.social · 21/04/2025

Woooo it’s been a while, hey guys! 👋 A lot has been happening in the past month- I got a new job at a nursery and I’m loving every minute of it! I absolutely love plants and working with them everyday is a dream come true. Art has been a little slow so here’s a WIP from a couple weeks ago 🌱 #wip

Redrawing some old art that I found stashed away 😄 Most of the drawings are from high school or right after, and sadly almost all of them are undated 😅 Top is from I’m guessing 2016-2018 ish and the bottom is from this morning 😄

Playing around with making my own tassels ✨ I don’t think these will work best for my bookmarks but I’m thinking of making them just for fun 😄 I only have 4 colors of yarn atm so I’m mainly experimenting with styles and different heat tolerances 😊

I’m still around! My mom was in town visiting so I kinda went MIA but I rarely get to see her so I take advantage of the time when I can see her 🥰 Here’s a WIP from my newest commission 🌟💕

This piece took me just over eight hours to complete, and every moment was worth it. I decided to revisit one of my oldest characters, Thalos—a caribou kelpie hybrid who travels with his loyal companion, Lira. Together, these two unlikely souls have found harmony in one another ✨ #pixelart

What if Okami had a summer-inspired form, with her disc transforming into various fruits? 🍋 When I began this piece, I didn’t have a clear direction in mind, experimenting with about four different color palettes before settling on this one, but I love it 🥰 #pixelart #okami #fanart #digitalart

✿ Cross Fox with Moss ✿ I experimented with a larger canvas for this piece, stepping up from my usual 200x200 size to 400x400. I’m considering using this larger format for more intricate OC projects in the future 😄 ✿——✿——✿ #digitalart #pixelart #fox #pixelfox #pixelartist #pixelartwork #moss

Some more concept work for my “Shugo Inu” creatures. The Forest and Stone Shugo Inu are the most common forms, as forests and mountains dominate roughly 70% of the biomes in this world. Other, rarer variations include the Bloom, Night Guardian, Autumn Spirit, and Mist Walker. #pixelart #pixelartist
