There's not much going on here... just Penny asking Ashley, "Is water wet?" (Oh, Red and Atlas are here too, I suppose) #WarioWare

It seems Penny Crygor wants to hear Ashley's deeply-held opinions on the debate of "Is water wet?"

Ashley was just chilling with Red and Atlas (my take on Ashley's father in my main hc.)

*Weird Route jingle* "OH, NOT YOU AGAIN!"

Mors, my personal take on Bowser's father.

Essentially, the reason why Bowser and the rest of the Koopa Kingdom are seen as the way are in the present.

He never refers to Bowser as his son. Only as his heir... or his *greatest failure.*

Ashley's Story gave me ideas on how much Mors's actions would haunt the narrative whenever the overarching villain in any AU he's in.

Me: Has Atlas and Ophelia (left) as my main hc take on Ashley's parents. Also me: "Hmm... what if there was an AU where Ashley was the vessel of a-? *Weird Route jingle* Me: "Oh no..."

Atlas and Ophelia, my take on Ashley's parents in my main WarioWare headcanon AU.

Ophelia is also a witch, like Ashley.

Atlas, however, is actually a homonculus created by an ancient being within the demon realms.

I headcanon that Ashley’s spell success rate is only 40% (as mentioned in Game & Wario) is not just because she's still a witch-in-training... but also because she tries to learn her father's magic. (Atlas harnesses much more powerful magic than Ophelia, mainly due to Atlas being already created by the remnants of a demon's power, while Ophelia is still a human.

Mr. and Mrs. Redmond, Ashley's parents in Ashley's Story, the WarioWare digital horror series by Void.

I'm kinda iffy. So long as you don't take it at face value and rely too much on it. I mainly use Samsungs, so I don't really have much of a say.

I'm still holding onto hope that Ganondorf gets a complete moveset overhaul, and they give his old moveset to Black Shadow from F-Zero, and also give said moveset quite a few buffs. Makes the Zelda fans and the few F-Zero fans happy. It's a win-win in my book.

Ashley watches as Bowser tanks Mors's beam. Even getting reduced to Dry Bowser in the process, he still doesn't yield. Jr., Mario, Wario, Robin, and the others help the Koopa King hold the barrier Rosalina formed to protect Ashley from Mors's beam. Mors: *Proceeds to implode into a black hole*

Oh yeah, and DK blasting Dry Mors to pieces with a single punch. Obviously, his magic will pull him back together, but it'd be the first time Mors is actually damaged. Then he realises... they're all standing in front of him. Making sure all the Star Children have their moments in this.

From Wario and Co. (And Bowser and Kamek) searching for Ashley. To saving the Bros. with Peach, Daisy, Toad and Toadette. To confronting Ashley's parents. To reuniting with Ashley, thanks to Yoshi. To stopping a freed Dry Mors from unleashing eternal darkness across the cosmos. It's quite a lot...

Whole lotta stuff going on in Wario and Co.'s house. Wario snoring his head off. Mona hitting poses. Waluigi and Jimmy T. having a dance battle in the living room. Dr. Crygor contemplating. and Mike running circles in his room.

🎃𝕍𝕖𝕣𝕥𝕦𝕤🎃 @requiemoni.bsky.social · 27/09/2026

Trying to say it as tame as possible... the confrontation ends in Mrs. Redmond knocking Mario out cold when she was aiming for Luigi, the *filthy plumber* who opened the door. They end up locking the brothers in the room. Luigi calls Wario on Mario's phone, alerting him and the others.

110

🎃𝕍𝕖𝕣𝕥𝕦𝕤🎃 @requiemoni.bsky.social · 26/09/2026

Most of my worry stemmed from the one with Mario and Luigi's encounter with the Redmonds. The Bros. didn't suspect a thing at first. Then Luigi went upstairs and found her room, which the Redmonds tried to hide behind a pile of boxes. Once Mr. Redmond saw Luigi in the room... all hell breaks loose.

All's well. Some approaches can vary. That's just how it is. Your tamer approach to Ashley's past, even with my main hc's (Atlas and Ophelia, not the Redmonds) contrast, yours just... stuck. As someone with... a better childhood than most, even with autism, I truly sympathise more than I ever did.

I was gonna say "but backwards compatability," but then I remembered some Microgames in Move It are pretty much unplayable without the Switch 1 JoyCons (Hand Model) 2nd ever WarioWare I played, Smooth Moves obviously being the first.

Something something 9 (well, technically 10) games that I love

Mario Kart Wii, Super Mario Galaxy 1 + 2 (I couldn't decide which one I prefer) Donkey Kong Bananza, WarioWare Smooth Moves, Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream, Resident Evil 4, Zenless Zone Zero, The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, and Animal Kaiser (It was an arcade game that was most prevalent in Asia back in 2007-13. Several machines were shipped over to certain parts of the world, England included. The two locations I remember going to were Prestatyn, the main reason I went there once every August up until 2019. The one Arcade game I hold dear to my heart, with the cards I've won as a keepsake.)

Mors, prophecy-obsessed father of Bowser, is back again. Essentially, the William Afton of the Mario Universe. He always comes back... *Care to hear his thoughts on humanity?*

"What they don't understand, they fear...
What they fear, they judge as evil...
What they judge as evil... they attempt to control...
And what they can not control...
They attack."

- Mors rambling on about humanity

Facts:

Mors never refers to Bowser as his son. The closest he gets is as his heir, or as his spawn.

After his sealing, Mors doesn't target specific people unless they're close to any of the Star Children... or if they have something that belongs to him... or if you somehow, for some reason, make him angry. (A feat in of itself)

When sealed, Mors is shackled to his throne.

Over time, the chains weaken...

010

🎃𝕍𝕖𝕣𝕥𝕦𝕤🎃 @requiemoni.bsky.social · 18/09/2026

The main thing I'm anticipating is how Wario and the others'll be portrayed... (And totally not Ashley's parents getting their just desserts)

010

🎃𝕍𝕖𝕣𝕥𝕦𝕤🎃 @requiemoni.bsky.social · 18/09/2026

So many possible outcomes... Hopefully Ashley sees a brighter tomorrow... where she doesn't have to fear herself. This is the world we strive for... 🤍
