If it's an email:
Remember to be a polite menace and keep it positive! Talking about how much the show means to you or past experiences with these actors is awesome, but if possible keep the email short and concise.

As a proud member of the Our Flag Means Death fandom, I'm writing to request the cast as guests at your next convention. The cast have been massively well received at cons they've been at in the past, most drawing crowds that kept their lines full all weekend! Although our show has not yet been renewed for a third season, our fandom is still incredibly active, hosting innumerable art events, charity fundraisers, and in-person get-togethers. We want our crew at your con! So please consider booking the following actors, or any others from our show, to your next event. Thank you!
