The Regulators rode back into Texas for the Young Guns 35th anniversary panel at FAN EXPO Dallas, and nobody behaved. Emilio Estevez, Kiefer Sutherland, Charlie Sheen, Lou Diamond Phillips, Dermot Mulroney and writer John Fusco traded set stories, and the pranks apparently never stopped.
