October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Breast cancer is one of the most common forms of cancer that’s diagnosed in the world. We’ve made progress with early detection and treatments, but there’s still a long road ahead. This year, an estimated 382,640 women and 2,670 men will be diagnosed.
