Today, my House Bill 2755 - Ending Excess Utility Profits - passed the House Energy Committee with strong bipartisan support. HB 2755 would mandate regional transmission organization participation and eliminate unneeded incentives.

Our next Hispanic Heritage Month Highlight is Jacqueline Romero. Romero was born in New Jersey and is the granddaughter of Spanish immigrants. Romero attended Rutgers Law School Newark and graduated in 1996. In 1998, she joined the U.S. Department of Justice as a trial attorney.
