I am writing poems for the dead. I am making a folder on my computer to hold poems for the dead. A coffin. I wrote a poem about the coffin. The poem is now the name of the folder that is a coffin on my desktop. This too is a poem. This too a coffin. This too for the dead.

Secondly, we shouldn’t be encouraging anyone to take part in this. War is a violent horror. People who want nothing to do with it get killed. People forced to fight die, are traumatized, are disabled. Let’s wish hell on the ones responsible without dooming people who aren’t.

Re people saying we should send Trumpers to the frontlines in Trump’s new war. While I certainly have plenty of hostile morbid wishes for them, would love to see them face consequences, and I’m fucking pissed at them for a whole slew of reasons, there are some issues with this take.
