The trailer was on prints of ALIENS st the theater where my buddy worked. We’d go up, watch the trailer and split. Took years before I saw it on the big screen because it went straight to video in Philly.

Oh, peanut noodles sound good right about now. Lately I've been doing sheet pan roasted shrimp topped with chopped fresh tomatoes and feta, toasted naan on the side.

This reminds me. I need to stop at the farm stand and get my hands on some good tomatoes before they're gone. Nothing better than a BLT or tomato sandwich with REAL tomatoes. Those anemic slices we get in the fall/winter/spring always bum me out. #FoodSky

Sounds interesting, but I think I'd rather just serve the creamed corn on the side with a nice pan fried chop with a good crust that's still a little pink. Too many memories of grey, overcooked chops from my youth.

I love making a dish my wife named "Cheesy Squash", which is just squash sliced and sauteed in butter with onions, salt & pepper, and then topped with whatever cheese is on hand until it melts. My in-laws says it's the only way they like squash. #FoodSky

I've been making a sheet pan shrimp dish the last few weeks. You toss the shrimp with oil, oregano, salt and pepper before broiling. Then top it with chopped fresh tomatoes and feta. But shrimp and grits might have just nudged its way onto the menu for next week. #FoodSky #MenuPlan
