My neighbor plays fetch with her dog in the condo hallway. It's a friendly dog but it's a lot of noise which I can hear if I'm in the main part of my home. Today, thanks to the heat, I have a migraine. And she's using a squeaky toy. Am I just cranky? I love dogs, including hers, but...rude, no?
