Sure I might be able to shrug off some bits of damage I couldnt before- but if that metal arm breaks, you have to repair it with ore and parts and even the it would be half as advanced as a biological arm. A.I is the same way a terribly expensive, inefficient attempt to replace the brain.

I believe A.I is the first of many examples where dumb people think a machine is more optimized than biology. Which is laughable. For the low low cost of roughly 20-80w your brain can parallel process, while recalling memories, and figuring out a problem all while piloting trillion of cells.
