So I was flush out of cash when I found this card, but a few trades and a bit of haggling, and it’s a very pretty addition to my collection (and probably the most expensive card I will ever own).

a Klink and a Klang photos do not do the Klink card justice, its a McDonalds (Japanese) promo card and its so sparkly, I think I did see the card twice at the show and one I got was 1/2 the other so yay for me.

I do love me some e series cards - the Haunter wasn't cheap and unbeknownst to me until I got home.. it has a crease so I paid way too much for it sadly... meowth I kinda stole (the sale) from my partner.. I do collect meowth she just liked the card .. thought she was pointing it out for me.

This era of Star Trek really did love a suicide story for "noble purposes"

Star Trek Voyager Season 1 Episode 9 - the one where Kim gets swapped out for a corpse and more corpses keep appearing on the ship, but everyone’s cool with the bodies because they can just beam them off… Kim does Kim things with some guy that's about to 'unalive himself' because he's a burden on his family and in the end turns out they turn into some weird connected energy maybe… kinda.

Ok best guess for what's happening with Golurk is that Collectr is being provided the wrong data - Nine Colours Gathering has 3 Golurk cards and my best guess is someone sold one of them on eBay as Golurk V Chinese and Collectr attributed it to the wrong card best guess is #140 sold for that amount

OK, who is trying to make this card expensive? It’s been a $2 for god knows how long. Now it’s a $22 card on Collectr, even when it first appeared it peeked at $15 and fell off a cliff Thankfully I've had it in my collection for months but getting worried what card will peek next

New additions to the #pokemon collection, all cards are Japanese, they cost so much less than the English versions.

Sligoo and Magnezone added to my species collection which is not that large in Japanese language but it's growing!

Bronzor and Bronzong I also collect as a species so these were two welcome additions.

So this one caused a little bit of drama, my partner collects Yuka Mori cards and I collect Kling, Klang and Klinklang - thankfully she only collects in English so I get to keep my fingers.

Tyrunt isn't part of my many species I collect but it reminds me of my partners niece (small, cute, angry/cheeky) so had to add it to my list.

I got a little (a lot) sunburned.

So the white stripe is where a band was placed to access the pool. The pool was for my partner’s birthday, and I did apply sunscreen, but the coverage wasn't great (of the pool), and I should have gotten out of the pool and re-applied sunscreen.

Godzilla is clearly amused.

4 Pokémon packs opened and two hits pulled. This might be the most luck I’ve ever had in an English set ever. Also managed to capture a cheeky Odin. Destroying the set also means I can use #Pokemon and #cat, possibly even #kitten (He did take several scary swipes at the cards!)

Showing off both hits from 4 totalled packs opened both will go into the trade binder as neither of us collect either Pokemon and if I was to keep one it’d be espurr for a sleeping Pokemon set

So money is tight this year, but my partner picked me up 4 packs of Chinese Pokémon packs for my birthday on Wednesday, and yes, I split it with her 2 each (she got both the big hits and let me keep the cards!). It's been a difficult year for both of us, but I’m very appreciative for what I do have

His blind housemate that absolutely does look like a vampire #cat 🧛🐱

Her name is Princess, a former neighbor of ours kept her outside (as a kitten) in a cage because "she didn't get along with the dog." Eventually, they threw her out into the street - she was covered in shit (literal) when another neighbor brought her to us… We didn't rehouse her once we realized she was blind.

Odin the #cat (kitten) got a good fight in today with his vampire toy, a little concerning for his blind housemate, who does slightly resemble a vampire. He's gained a ton of weight, still tiny tho (aside from his belly) but is driving the big cats nuts with his tail attacks!

Practicing his catfoo from his bed, so far the meow attack seems to be his most powerful weapon.

Odin is doing really well and so far has integrated well with the other cats (except one grumpy giant cat) he’s very playful and everyone who’s met him has had fun playing with him - soon time to find him a forever home

Eyes all cleaned up for a long nap in a cat bed that’s a lot too big for him. Managed to get all the ingrained dirt and sticky stuff out from under his eyes with slow cleaning and softening. He’s enjoying a nice nap now, so toes are safe from tiny #cat for the next 10 minutes.

Nap time for the little man. He’s made friends andnot been smacked by 4/5 cats - sadly, the #cat that dislikes him is the biggest one. That said, his eyes are open and clear. He’s eating well, using his little tray, and now roaming around freely (due to persistent escapes).

We are a little worried he won't get adopted quickly "because he's a common ginger cat," but he's a bag of energy, already knows how to use his little tray, and has had no issues with 4 out of our 5 cats. We had no plans to let him mingle, but he keeps escaping from his cage!

Odn the little ginger kitten notices me coming into the room with a camera and instead of standing still and being cute.. he runs right at me giving me a gloriously blurry but still cute shot of him.

Picked this guy up out of a gutter on Sunday. His eye was a bit of a mess, We looked for a mama cat but couldn't find her. Took him in. The plan is to get him up to full health (he's already doing great) and then get him a new, loving home. His temporary name is Odin (because of the eye!).
