I *did* really enjoy the game, myself. I thought the story it was telling was pretty cool and the gameplay was a lot of fun. If it helps, I think you could probably headcanon Dylan as a new and somewhat pathetic trans girl without changing basically anything - including the microagressions

It is really about Dylan the whole way through. Jesse is still in there in parts, and you get a cool lady as your handler... but, yeah. Dylan the whole time.
