I really get really annoyed when someone says that they will do something and proceed to do everything but the thing I asked about. "Not right now", "in a bit" and "when I am finished with the task I am currently doing" are perfectly fine responses, but don't deceive me about the timeline.

I am annoyed by the assisted living facility that I am in: I craved toast with black pudding, mentioned it for breakfast, someone didn't listen and made me a salami sandwich. I mentioned the same thing for dinner, even though they initially offered me some soup. Instead I got a rice dish.

No, #Facebook, I don't want to see content from accounts I don't follow. I want to see content from my friends and the groups which I follow. Innovative concept, that. Especially not political content which works on outrage.

Funny occupational therapy story: my OT stood on my weak side to encourage me to use it. So, as a person socialised to respect personal space, İ leaned away, which the OT understood to mesn that I was tired. So I stood for a few seconds on my weak leg, holding eith my hands on to the table.

My mother offered to push me on my wheelchair into the garden, but İ know her well enough to resist. She had a history of pushing me to areas that caused me a sensory overload and then refused to take me back. Only did so after a circuitous route. nice try, sadistic control freak!
