I do see CSP used much more frequently by pro artists compared to Krita or SAI, but honestly it all comes down to preference and what you're used to. I think I got a permanent license for CSP 4.0 for like 30-50$ which is insane for what it's capable of

Adobe's policies suck big time, the software itself is bloated and a resource hog, constant conflicts with my wacom tablet regardless of drivers and PS version. CSP is buttery smooth, light on memory, has a ton more artist-friendly tools and I happen to own it bc I bought it on sale some time ago

Heyo, hope you're doing well. I've finished up a big project recently that took me months to make, can't wait for you to see it! Also been busy with my cat. One of his kidneys straight up doesn't work and he needs daily meds and lots of vet visits. He's taking it well though

I've been trying to get better at values recently, starting with only 4 values and broadening each segment a little bit for details. I think that made the trees and rock shadow too similar. The shapes of the rock could definitely be improved to look less flat as well

FF:T is a completely different beast imo, you could try emulating the PSP version instead of getting the PC remaster and see if the turn-based combat is enjoyable for you for a much cheaper price.

Thank you for the response! That's so weird. I did switch my GPU this year but unfortunately it didn't do the trick. I feel like it getting fixed by alt-tabbing has to do something with the photoshop process priority. I'll try and see if a different version fixes this ❤️

This issue with photoshop has been plaguing me for more than a year at this point with no fix working. After a few minutes of drawing my brush becomes jagged and pixelated like this until I Alt-Tab in and out to fix it. Has anybody else encountered the same? 🙏
