Agent Talis is a Field and Research Engineer specializing in Entity collection and the development of related tools and protocols. He excelled in his training from youth, consistently scoring top 1% in his class across all physical and intellectual metrics. He additionally established himself as an exceptional toolmaker, in keeping with his family's legacy. For his first ARC assignment, he developed his own special-grade Hextech weapon, the Mercury Hammer (HT-MH01). He is the primary engineer behind two other special-grade Hextech weapons, including the Atlas Gauntlets (Agent [REDACTED]) and the Hextech Rifle (Agent [REDACTED]). He is an eight-time recipient of the ARC Excellence Award and has remained undefeated in the annual Distinguished Innovator's Competition since [REDACTED].
Summary/Notes:
Handlers should be aware that Agent Talis is prone to emotional decision-making, particularly when use of force against Entities is necessary. He is known to fraternize with monster-class Entities. In the case of insubordination, Handlers have blanket permission to neutralize any entity assigned to Talis.](https://cdn.bsky.app/img/feed_thumbnail/plain/did:plc:cy6rk6re6zikf3uzkdiabs2h/bafkreifm7hkqjqntbxhqhszy47ztr6rhk5k3abvjrvd52rjrnvuaslkkpu)
