At 104 miles long, Strait of Hormuz is a massive stretch of water. To give you a rough idea, it’s almost the same length as the entire New Jersey coastline. In the age of drones, naval mines, & explosive mini-boats, securing a corridor that long is going to be very difficult, if not impossible.
