In WWII the Japanese landed some troops on the Aleutian Islands, but that doesn't quite count as the "continental" USA to most historians. Mexican forces crossed into U.S. territory during the Mexican-American War (1846-1848). In 1812 the Brits invaded D.C. and burned down the White House.
