despite the name, it's just a really strong umami, savory, sweet sauce made with soy sauce, sugar, and oyster extract. it's too strong ongits own but mixed into a stur fry or pan sauce it adds a wonderful depth of flavor

I don't talk about it much, but it really is psychically damaging to receive the incredible amount of harassment that comes with transitioning publically. I really don't like being the object of others' vast cruelty and it is exhausting keeping up the composure to not descend into cruelty myself.
